Arcobar’s owner Brooke Pollock has lived in the Bayside area all her life. Having raised her family here, she decided to bring her love of live music, and many years of food, functions and catering experience to the local area. The result is an iconic venue that has exceed all expectations, and enjoys a very loyal following. Something that the entire team at arcobar is very proud of!
With dramatic and immediate shift that closed so many restaurant doors in late March (due to COVID-19), Brooke set about to change overnight the concept & offer at arcobar, with the sole purpose to keep all the team actively employed.
In Brooke’s own words: “We needed the business to develop a brand new menu, which could feed as many people as possible, as cost effectively as possible, with the best food our chefs can make - every single day. All our "Ready to Heat" take home meals are $12.50 (nice & easy!) and will serve 2 people, on average. There are over 30 different "Ready to Heat" meal varieties to choose from every day, and because they are made fresh, they can be frozen for another night. We guarantee there is something for everyone! Most importantly we are determined to keep our entire team actively employed.”
